Description
To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped segments and consulting firms etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring crosssales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust own sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to 1st level meetings and product demonstration, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation within the sales team.
- Handling sales and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system Achieve daily, weekly,and monthly call targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Participating in Industrial Exhibitions, Events, and other publicity events.
- Data Mining & Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- ITERP Sales: 1 year (preferred)
