Responsibilities:

Work with managers and recruiters to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the required skills and qualifications for each job opening.
Represent Infotel UK Consulting at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to attract top talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools required for sourcing and recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to work independently.
