and Develop BIM models for MEP services from the design stage to the as-built stage and coordinate between all other services.


  • Preparation of MEP BIM Models with various levels of detail.
Strong knowledge of design and detailed drawings.

  • Ability to generate various Mechanical/Electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details Clash detection and coordination using NavisworksAbility to create 3D views or renderings.
  • Ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
  • Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
  • Involved in designing and 3D Modelling HVAC, using Revit.
  • Preparation of Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing (Drainage & Water Supply) 3D drawings in Revit.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
