Roles and Responsibilities:
- Agent hiring and management: Identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
- Regular visits on the field for the sale of policies with agents, dealers, or individuals.
- Knowledge of the market and the items. Keep an eye on and evaluate the agent's work.
- The role of the team leader.
- Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market's reach and penetration.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 2 years in on field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
