Job Specs:

  • CA with tax consulting experience, primarily in the area of international taxation, Postgraduate qualification in taxation will be an added advantage
  • Past experience working in Big4 would be an added advantage
  • You will drive the Tax Advisory team that specializes in cross border tax structuring, transfer pricing, expatriate taxation & dispute resolution before the Indian authorities
  • Expertise in international tax viz. transfer pricing, business transaction and investment structuring and litigation upto CIT;
  • Engage constructively with clients, fellow partners and industry /corporate leaders
  • Develop white papers on emerging issues in taxation
  • Responsible for overall execution of client assignments
  • Engage with tax peer group on an all India basis to develop new products & solutions
  • Grow, develop & scale up tax practice in Bangalore
