Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers and clients with outstanding debts to arrange payments.
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers and clients for timely debt settlement.
  • Providing debt information and consequences of nonpayment to customers and clients.
  • Keeping detailed records of collection efforts and communications.
  • Following up regularly with customers and clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Complying with debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work in the field as required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Graduate with 2 to 3 years in Personal Loan collection and recovery.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Working Hours: 6 days a week
  • Week off: 1 day
  • Shift: Day Shift

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹20,000 - ₹25,000.00 per month
