Senior Accounts Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verification of sales and purchase entries on daily basis.
- Ensuring the procurements are made in line with the contracts and the purchase orders issued by the company & proper checking is made at various levels from security inspection till the payments are made to the vendors.
- Preparing Bank, cash and journal vouchers and updating the same in Tally (ERP 9).
- Cheque Preparation, getting the signatures and dispatching the same to respective suppliers.
- Verifying salary statements provided by HR department including PF, ESI & PT deductions and making payment to the statutory authorities on respective due dates.
- Verification of the all the vendor payments based on approval notes, work orders and related invoices and preparation of running bill outstanding statements.
- Verification of draft sale deed approved by GM-Legal and confirmation of payment request to accounts department.
- Preparing check list on all advances paid to various projects and ensuring projects are tracked consistently.
- Preparing a statement showing the details of total consideration, advance paid and balance to be paid, Sy No wise as per the format.
- Computation of interest payable to the loans outstanding and accounting.
- Ledger scrutiny on monthly basis.
- Preparing Monthly MIS as per the standard format.
- Computation of GST TDS and making payment to Government on monthly basis within the prescribed due dates.
- Filing the sales tax, service tax and TDS returns and issue of Form 16 and 16A.
- Liaison with banks for RTGS / NEFT transfers, DD purchase and salary transfer purpose or any other related requirements.
- Coordinating with the internal and statutory auditors during audit and replying to their audit report.
- Preparation of approval notes for finance as per the requirements.
- Liaisoning with EPCG consultants, bank officials and insurance agents.
- Liaisoning with statutory authorities for completion of the assessments.
Salary:
₹9, ₹32,773.76 per month
