Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator, based in Cape Town, South Africa.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting our field Sales Team with appointment bookings, travel and administration. You will also manage enquiries from our existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

In addition, the sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Processing sales orders
• Sales Team calendar planning & travel management
• Preparation of customer reports
• CRM Database Management and maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications:
