  • Job Description
  • Take inbound calls and collect data like patients details (pick and drop location, age, weight, disease, weight, special health supporting tools requirement)
  • Make Outbound calls to confirm schedule activity as vendor price and availability
  • Book and dispatch ambulance at accurate time with numerous follow ups
- collect payment as per organization norms

  • Take follow up for billing and remuneration
  • Take & Update feedback for the service improvement
  • Communicate with customers via phone and chat in a timely and accurate way
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Handle data entry in various platforms
Key Skills

  • Comfortable in voice /calling
Good computer skills, Excel & MS Word

Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Hindi & English)

High level of professionalism and adaptable

Must be available to work some holidays, weekends and rotational shifts

Strong problem solving abilities

Intellectual with good negotiation skills


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,368.99 per month
