Roles and Responsibilities:

**Key Responsibilities:
- *
  • Maintenance of Reception area.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Keeping a track of all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the office.
  • Taking bookings and maintaining the conference room.
  • To arrange for food and beverages for the senior management guests & dignitaries, on case to case basis, after seeking the appropriate approval.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Responsible for supervising the housekeeping and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
  • Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
  • Maintaining office/administrative records.
  • Coordinating with service providers for maintenance of premises and other consumable office resources.
**Required Qualification:
- *
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree from recognized university.
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front office /admin.

  • Positive attitude with excellent personality.
  • Ability to drive change and make things happen.
  • Selfmotivated and with ability to work independently.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
