Senior Architect

Employee Strength : 10+

Reporting to :
Director

Working Time: 09.00 AM to 06:00 PM


Qualification:
B.Arch / M.Arch or similar

Experience:


4+ year of technical experience in Architecture & Master Planning Projects

Male / female


Job Details:


Domain Competencies:


  • Demonstrate ability to Prepare detail design, construction drawings & documents.
  • Strong Understanding of Conceptual and functional aspects of services, structures and their integration in Architectural design
  • Good Analytical Skill, Ability to Analyze construction drawings, conflicts in the drawing.
  • Knowledge of construction material, finishing materials, BOQ & Specification analysis.
  • Proficiency in design, drawing production & presentation Software's.
  • Ability / Experience in working on & managing the Project/s and coordinating with clients and consultants.
  • Experience of Coordinating / working with cross functional teams
  • Ability / Experience in Resource Management, Preparing and Managing Schedules.

Enabling Competencies:


  • Should be Selfdriven, motivated and result oriented person, who has the ability to work individually as well organize and motivate the team members.
  • Should be disciplined and Organized
  • Excellent Communication skill in written and spoken English
  • Should have good interpersonal skills & confident personality

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
