    Job Description:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality across the organization.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure favorable terms and reliable supply of materials and services.
    • Strong handson experience in warehouse operations and management and large 10000+Skus handling experience to implement new policy and accountability to process
    - inventory control and dairy products process

    • Lead the global costing team on annual product costing process performance reporting and variance analysis against plan (in a Moving Average Cost environment)
    • Ability to analyze actual usage of bill of materials and related materials, labor, and overhead variance
    • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
    • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
    • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
    • Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
    • Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
    • Lead the integration of supply chain processes with other business functions, such as sales, marketing, finance, and production, to align objectives and enhance overall operational performance.
    • Implement advanced analytics and supply chain management tools to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain sustainable and ethical sourcing practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards and corporate social responsibility commitments.
    • Coordinate risk management efforts across the supply chain, including the development of contingency plans to mitigate the impact of disruptions, shortages, or other unforeseen challenges.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team, encouraging innovation, professional development, and collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
    • Represent the company in industry associations, conferences, and professional groups to stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.

    Skill Set:

    • Master's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
    • Candidate should have 15+ years experience
    - candidate should be from MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college (Must)

    • Relevant experience require experience in a related field (Warehouse operations and Supply chain)
    • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
    • Understanding of accounting or finance.
    • Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
    • Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
    CTC up to - 40LPA + Variables
