    Description

    • Develop and execute plans tailored to the supply side.
    • Make informed listing and pricing decisions for the supply side.
    • Map demand and supply, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
    • Strategize and implement retention plans, focusing on minimizing churn.
    • Plan and strategize inventory to align with business goals.
    • Develop measures to attract B2B partner tie-ups to enhance business collaborations.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding and training process for fresh supply, fostering continuous
    growth.

    • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and dynamics.
    • Develop strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
    • Take ownership of the profit and loss statement at the supply side.
    • Control skewing and ensure the maintenance of average and median earnings.
    • Develop retention strategies by opening new revenue streams through product offerings.
    • Design and implement loyalty programs based on supply needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in supply side management and strategic planning.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    Bonus points if you have had exposure to

    • 1-2 years of experience at a fast paced start up
    • Managing large scale strategic / transformation projects in your prior role
    • Roles at the intersection of business, product (consumer / media), and tech
    • Driving both strategic and tactical decision making
