Job Title:
Home Appliances Sales Representative


Responsibilities:

-
Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to promote and sell home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and other related products.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of each product in order to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right appliances based on their needs, preferences, and budget.

Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and usability of various home appliances, highlighting key features and advantages.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and closing sales.

Order Processing: Assist customers in completing purchase transactions, including processing payments, arranging delivery or installation, and handling any related paperwork.

Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and maximize long-term sales potential.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances or retail industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Additional Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for offsite sales calls or deliveries.
  • Willingness to undergo product training and stay updated on new product releases and features.

Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
