As an Associate in the Hiring Partnerships team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in placing Crio Graduates in their dream companies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication/conversational skills, both verbal and written
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Resultoriented with a focus on metrics
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
- Should be comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new Hiring Partners through various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri
- Collaborate with our existing Hiring Partners to fill more job positions within their organizations
- Maximize interviews and placement opportunities for all Crio graduates
- Gain a deep understanding of different skill levels of Crio graduates and target appropriate companies and job profiles
- Familiarize yourself with the tech market landscape, including GICs, startups, unicorns, and IT services for effective outreach
- Optimize processes to generate and convert leads more efficiently
- Provide valuable insights to the content team regarding Crio graduates' interviews and placements
- Maintain clean and organized pipelines of Hiring Partners using Google Sheets and CRM

Additional Details
Salary Package Offered:
INR 4-5 LPA
Location:
Bangalore(Koramangla)
Working days: 6day(5days-In Office)
Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
