Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of Employee query processes as per standard with builtin escalations.
- Handling Employee grievances/queries/feedback and providing appropriate resolutions for the same.
- Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all stated queries.
- Investigates and resolves grievances, incidents, and employee relationsrelated issues.
- Develops materials to assist HR in escalating employee relations matters.
- Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self.
- Ensure adequacy and quality of all query resolution at this level.
- Regular review of open grievances and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievances.
- Well equipped with necessary contacts of nearby facilities, agencies, medical centres including government bodies but not limited to the same.
- Overall experience with strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Conducting root cause analysis of issues at hand and resolving and close looping the same.
Skills - Sound on HR concepts and processes.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving or Analysis skill.
- Should be accurate and responsible.
