Job description


Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of Employee query processes as per standard with builtin escalations.
  • Handling Employee grievances/queries/feedback and providing appropriate resolutions for the same.
  • Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all stated queries.
  • Investigates and resolves grievances, incidents, and employee relationsrelated issues.
  • Develops materials to assist HR in escalating employee relations matters.
  • Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self.
  • Ensure adequacy and quality of all query resolution at this level.
  • Regular review of open grievances and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievances.
  • Well equipped with necessary contacts of nearby facilities, agencies, medical centres including government bodies but not limited to the same.
  • Overall experience with strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of issues at hand and resolving and close looping the same.
    Skills
  • Sound on HR concepts and processes.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem Solving or Analysis skill.
  • Should be accurate and responsible.
