Job description

Responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of Employee query processes as per standard with builtin escalations.
Handling Employee grievances/queries/feedback and providing appropriate resolutions for the same.
Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all stated queries.
Investigates and resolves grievances, incidents, and employee relationsrelated issues.
Develops materials to assist HR in escalating employee relations matters.
Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self.
Ensure adequacy and quality of all query resolution at this level.
Regular review of open grievances and sharing feedback both 1 on 1 and with the team to maintain an upward trend in their communication and resolution to grievances.
Well equipped with necessary contacts of nearby facilities, agencies, medical centres including government bodies but not limited to the same.
Overall experience with strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
Conducting root cause analysis of issues at hand and resolving and close looping the same.
Skills
Sound on HR concepts and processes.
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem Solving or Analysis skill.
Should be accurate and responsible.
