Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone and promoting our products or services. You will also answer any questions or inquiries from the customers and handle any objections or complaints.

To be successful as a telemarketer, you should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a positive and professional attitude.

You should also be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.


Telemarketer Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential customers from a given list and pitch our products or services
• Follow a script to provide information about the features, benefits, and prices of our products or services
• Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and preferences
• Persuade the customer to buy or book a trial or appointment
• Record the customer's details and sales information in a database
• Follow up with existing or potential customers to confirm orders, arrange deliveries, or solicit feedback
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Refer customers to supervisors or managers if needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors
• Achieve sales goals and quotas

Telemarketer Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of computer programs, such as MS Office, CRM software, and phone systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle rejection and deal with difficult customers
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 56 per week


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
