- Manage customerorders.
- Secure and deepen client retentioncontribute to excellent customersupport.
- Ensure all complaints are recognizedrecorded confirmed and effectivelyresolved.
- Adhere to given processes andprocedures.
- Update the customer database anddocument activities.
- Report the most commonissues to the support team for furtherescalations.
- C1written and verbal communication skills inCroatian

- Preferable college degree or relatedwork experience.
- Good MS Office skills andfamiliarity with ticketing systems.
- Excellentcustomer service skills.
- High motivation andenthusiastic approach selforganized.
- Knowledgeand experience with measuring and improving customer satisfactionand loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographieswill be anadvantage.
- Schedule:Full time MondaySunday 24/7 (for now we have 2 shifts confirmed 9AM 6 PM; 3.30 PM 11.30 PM this includes lunch break and 3 shortbreaks).
- The first three salaries extended witha signing bonus.
