About the Job


As a Corporate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining a heathy pipeline of potential clients.


What you will do:

  • Prospecting and identifying new and qualified opportunities through LinkedIn, Calling, Conferences and Events.
  • Making corporate presentations to decisionmakers and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling),
  • Understanding the business needs of the client and offer solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.
  • Planning new marketing initiatives, searching for new business opportunities and new channels to generate business,
  • Providing implementation and project management support
  • Building, nurturing and strengthening relationship with existing and potential clients

What you need to have:

  • MBA / B.Tech or equivalent degree is a Must
  • 1 3 Years experience in corporate sales
  • Should be highly ambitious, Independent and selfstarter
  • Should have Good communication skills
  • Must be Positive and highly motivated and driven;
  • Can do attitude and must be tech savvy
