Description
We are hiring for Academic Counsellor to work at our Institute located at Calicut.


Job Role:
*Conversion of leads.
*Guide new students through the onboarding process.
*Collaborate with admissions for a smooth onboarding experience.
*Providing detailed information to students.
*Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
*Providing the new students with training sessions for enhancing their skills.
*Understand courses and curriculum deeply.
*Conduct follow-up calls
*Prepare reports on conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
*Provide insights for process enhancement.


Qualification:
- *Bachelor's degree
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Organizational and time management skills


Experience: 1-2 year as Academic Cousellor

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
