Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious associate to join our growing commercial strategy & market research team during this exciting period of growth. The individual will be a recent graduate with an inquisitive mindset and a passion for healthcare research. Reporting into a manager in India and being an integral part of a Global team, with other team members based in the US and the UK.
Given where we are in the formation of our team, this really is an exciting time to join us and to have the opportunity to be part of what we are building.
Importantly, given the nature of our client's work, we value a strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk research (e.g. internet search and compilation, review of previous research reports)
- Analyze quantitative data derived from primary market research methodologies.
- Analyze qualitative data from focus groups and individual depth interviews.
- Support the full project team with daytoday operations based on client need.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations.
- Derive actionable insights from the summary reports.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant area.
- Musthave at least 67 months of experience with fullfledged primary market research projects in the healthcare industry.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both oral and written) Selfstarter and quickly able cquire the knowledge and experience needed to effectively undertake project work.
- Competence in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word is essential.
- Familiarity with statistical software like SPSS as well as basic programming skills are desirable.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical problemsolving skills and the mindset to want to build strategic thinking skills.
- A commitment to producing high quality work and learning from your mistakes.
- The ability to work well in a Global team.
- The ability to take responsibility.
- A proactive approach to work
