    Front OfficeExecutive

    Overview:As a Front Office Executive you will be the first point of contactfor the organization responsible for handling front officereception and administrative duties. Your role is crucial increating a positive first impression and ensuring efficient officeoperations.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Welcome and greetvisitors in a courteous and professionalmanner
    • Manage incoming calls and redirect themappropriately
    • Maintain office security byfollowing safety procedures and controllingaccess
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing orincoming correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
    • Assist in organizing office activitiesand events
    • Keep updated records of officeexpenses and costs
    • Manage office supplies stockand place orders when necessary
    • Perform otheradministrative support tasks such as photocopying scanning andfiling
    • Handle travel arrangements foremployees
    • Support HR and accounting departmentswith administrative tasks
    • Offer support toguests and clients as needed
    • Ensure officeequipment is properly maintained andserviced
    • Monitor office operations andprocesses
    • Provide general administrative andclerical support
    • Assist in basic bookkeepingtasks

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a Front OfficeExecutive or similar role
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word Excel OutlookPowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities
    • Customer serviceorientedapproach
    • Ability to handle stressful situationswhile remaining calm and professional
    • Knowledgeof office management and basicbookkeeping
    • Familiarity with office machines(e.g. fax printer etc.)
    • Ability to work withminimal supervision
