Job/Position Summary:


We are looking for a pleasant Front Office Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

You will be the "face" of the CIFAR IVF for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.


Responsibilities:

Visitor/Guest/Patient Management:


  • Serves visitors, guests or patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
  • Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Take up other duties as assigned by reporting manager

Documentation and Compliance Management:


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
  • Maintain patient medical records uptodate in master data.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all patient records and care per confidentiality policy and ART Clinic regulations.
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

Billing, Invoice and Payment Management:


  • Preparing and Managing billing, invoice and payment work and Receiving payment from patient
  • Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting, and expediting thirdparty claims.

Requirements and Skill Set:


  • Proven experience as front desk representative, executive or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Multitasking
  • Telephone skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Scheduling and Time management
  • Good Personality Outlook, Computer Knowledge/savvy

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 Years' experience in a hospital front office dealing

Salary:

18k to 22k per month.


Salary:

₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
