The Role:

GSRR PE team ensures brilliant basics for a compliant process, being digital and an agile team.

Within GSRR, Along with the Central transformation initiatives citizen development of technological solution aka automation in partnership with IT, smart automation and various functional teams has been a great success in delivering efficiencies and reducing manual workload.

The Digital expert will be responsible for the delivery of inhouse process and reporting automation agenda in GSRR.

This will include developing capabilities and enabling People (Purple People) with most relevant technical knowledge, project identification, prioritization, selecting right resource IT, Smart Automation or purple person for the initiative, technology implementation, value realization and controls/assurances.

This will be done in collaboration with business partners within the region but across processes to solve operations pain points, transform work processes, embedding Automation as part of the Continuous Improvement culture in GSRR.

The scope of this role is regional, working with respective operations Leads purple people, process experts, process architect, representative from Smart Automation, IT, IRM etc.

Main Accountabilities

Coach mentor and sustain technical capabilities
Identify opportunities and solutions to eliminate process pains.
Drive automation agenda for GSRR
Navigate through the changing environment as the needs of Operations and the IT landscape changes
Maintain DIY / Inhouse solution

Dimensions:

Regional role covering all process areas in GSRR (GSR, IG, Revenue) Individual contributor, working with geographically dispersed partner teams Collaboration with IT, Smart Automation, CI and operations.

Skills & requirements:

This role is ideal for a "Finance purple people" who finds joy in upskilling people, solving problems using data and technology, and keen on a career in data science or data engineering.

Selfstarter, shows initiative and leans quickly
Excellent Coaching and communication skills
Expertise in PowerBI, SAC, Power App, Power platform or codebased visualization tools.
Preferably Finance graduate including ability to understand user requirements, communicate challenges and results, and document methods.

Key Challenges:
Fast paced environment with quickly shifting priorities. Evolving IT landscape, and the need to work with disparate data silos. Managing people without formal authority
