Should have good communication skill in english.
1. Promotion of Company to Clients through Mails/Messages.
2. Promotion of Company to Overseas Agents through Mails/Messages.
3. Promotion of Company to Indian Agents through Mails/Messages.
4. Follow up on regular basis with Clients/Agents on enquiries.
5. Forwarding Quotations to Clients/Agents on rate enquiries on immediate basis.
6. Closing the quotation requests on same day on receiving enquiries.
7. Follow up on feedback of quotations and revert if any further details required.
8. Liaising with shipping lines, overseas agents, IATA agents, Consolidators, transporters for quotation purpose.
9. Negotiate rates with Carriers, Agents and ensure to secure business with customer.
10. Quotations to be numbered and recorded in Excel with date and shipment details.
12. Coordinating with team for operations upon shipment onboard and advice the quotation to accounting and scope of work to operations.
13. Keep track of shipments and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved by proper communication of shipment updates and liaise with team to obtain the work completion and ensure ontime updates.
14. Follow up with digital marketing team for promotions in Instagram, FB, LinkedIn.
15. Approving Digital marketing promotions and implement more innovations.
16. Follow up with online enquiries and reply on timely basis.
17. Update daily on quotes issued /daily promotions/followups/task completed through mail reports.
18. Speak to potential clients on regular basis and ensure to secure additional business.
19. Reports on new clients focused and work together to get entry.
20. Ensure to follow the process without any deviation.
