Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research and identify potential clients on
    Upwork platform for lead generation.
  • Utilize
    Upwork's search and filtering capabilities to find relevant projects and clients matching our service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a service-based e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in lead generation from
    Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, services, and trends is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, with a focus on lead generation from
    Upwork.
