Job Role:
Travel Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote and market travel products and services.
- Provide accurate and detailed travel information to customers.
- Customize travel packages and itineraries based on customer preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless travel arrangements.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Attend industry events for professional networking.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Engage in field work to meet clients and prospects.
- Experience no target pressure, allowing for a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Receive travel allowances for business-related travel expenses.
- Generate sales in multiple segments, including MICS sales (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Seminars) and corporate sales.
- Generate sales in multiple segments, including corporate sales, catering to the travel needs of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and experiences gathered from field work, contributing to continuous improvement and growth.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
