**Job Responsibilities:

  • Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
  • Take ownership of customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
  • Document knowledge as solution articles.
  • Master the use of help desk software.

  • Excellent English Communication is a must.
  • International client handling experience would get preference.
  • Competent technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to honor deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to support.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domain is mandatory.
