Job Description:
- Outbound calling on leads generated or data provided by the Company
- Boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
- Budding clients to encourage visit to the property.
- Ensuring the followups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Periodic training will be provided on the latest projects and launch including the sales pitch
- Addressing client's uncertainties, grievances and provide suggestion on time.
Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as telesales or similar.
- Basic knowledge about real estate industry would be an addon.
- It would be work from office.
