ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and administering different roles and features like ADDS, DHCP, WSUS, KMS, IIS, ADFS, FTP, DNS etc. of windows server
Experience with Azure Cloud platforms services like Azure AD, DevOps, Web apps etc
Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and administering different roles and features like ADDS, DHCP, WSUS, KMS, IIS, ADFS, FTP, DNS etc. of windows server

. Hands on proven experience on any of the enterprise antivirus management console like TrendMicro, McAffee, Symantec Endpoint protection etc. Hands on proven experience in high availability and disaster recovery solutions for different roles like AD, DHCP, IIS etc

Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of Azure IaaS/PaaS resources during afterhours periods, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests related to Azure IaaS/PaaS platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, virtual machines, storage, databases, and other Azure services.
Collaborate with the team of Azure experts to investigate and diagnose complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Document all support activities, including incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes, ensuring accurate and uptodate records (via ServiceNow ticketing system).
Maintain a deep understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS best practices, new features, and updates, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Participate in the oncall rotation schedule to provide afterhours support coverage on a predetermined basis.
Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support processes, leveraging automation and scripting tools where applicable.
