Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist


Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, as well as driving sales and revenue growth.

You will play a critical role in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns.

Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinate marketing efforts.

Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support lead conversion.

Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven work experience in digital marketing and sales, with a focus on driving results and revenue growth.

Proficiency in using digital marketing and CRM tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.

Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Part-time, Internship, Volunteer

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
