Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day coordination with trainers.
Process and data audit for end to end processes
Ensuring data sanity is maintained

- coordinating with internal stakeholders where necessary to identify and resolve

process lapses

Managing and maintaining trainers database.
Coordinating with operations teams.

What are we looking for?

Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate and lead multiple tasks and projects.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and

information.

Confident in speaking with coaches and grandmasters.
Professional appearance and attitude, as well as ability to work with others.
