Description

• Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from project plans or objectives.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist in procurement activities, such as obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Support project teams in problemsolving and decisionmaking to overcome challenges and achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
