We also help them in obtaining approvals & certifications in their desired industries.
We works with End Users, EPCs, PMCs & OEMs in the sector like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Water Treatment, Cryogenics & many more process industries.

Role Definition:
BD Executive is one who is responsible for developing new Key accounts for our esteemed client's and their Engineering Products by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
o Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
o Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
o Develop rapport with key decision
- makers and influencers within client organizations.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
o Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
oCustomize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
oNegotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
oClose sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:
oCollaborate with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and project management to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
oCoordinate with cross
- functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services.
Reporting and Analysis:
oTrack sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
oGenerate regular reports and analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Skills & Traits:
- Ability to develop good relationships with new and existing client.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in Business Development & Sales. Willingness to travel.
