Responsibilities:

Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all clientrelated matters.
Issue Resolution: Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Product/

Service Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address client queries and provide relevant information as needed.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products or services. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Ensure all client information is uptodate and easily accessible.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in customer service or client relationship management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.
A customercentric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist clients.

Pay:
₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
