Responsibilities:


  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all clientrelated matters.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Product/

Service Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address client queries and provide relevant information as needed.


  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products or services. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Ensure all client information is uptodate and easily accessible.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in customer service or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.
  • A customercentric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist clients.

Pay:
₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
