As a Retail Store Incharge in the LED lighting industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations, with a primary focus on LED lighting products.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and ensure the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Provide expert advice on LED lighting products, their features, and benefits.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.

Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory levels of LED lighting products.
Place orders with suppliers to restock products in a timely manner.
Conduct regular stock checks and keep accurate records of inventory.

Visual Merchandising:
Create attractive and well-organized product displays to maximize sales.
Ensure that the store is clean, well-lit, and visually appealing at all times.

Sales and Promotion:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Promote sales through marketing initiatives, special promotions, and advertising.
Upsell and cross-sell LED lighting products to maximize revenue.

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff members.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.

Financial Management:
Manage the store's budget, including expenses and revenue targets.
Keep accurate financial records and prepare regular reports for management.

Store Operations:
Ensure that the store is fully operational during business hours.
Address any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
Implement security measures to prevent theft or losses.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both customers and staff.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest LED lighting technologies and industry trends.
Educate staff on product knowledge and trends in the LED lighting sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
Proven experience in retail management, particularly in the lighting or electrical industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Basic accounting and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
