Qualification:


  • MBA from Premium college

Key Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L delivery for the allotted categories
  • Building Product roadmap in line with market trends, Consumer insights and competitive landscape
  • GTM strategy and price benchmarking with relevant competition brands.
  • Building core category insights and consumer insight library for inputs to product pipeline.
  • Creation of channel wise assortment and planogram to drive market share
  • Working closely with design & procurement team to execute product launches as per product roadmap
  • Developing communication content in digital and offline channels for creating awareness
  • Internal stakeholders : Brand team, Trade Marketing, Design, Procurement, Sales team.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
