- Should ensure Incidents, Problems, Change and configuration Management by adhering to the customer specific SLA and KPI.
- Knows IT security standards, such as the basics of information security management system (including security risks, security rules and processes)
- Follow ITIL defined standards
- Design, development and implementation of new applications, catalog items and widgets
- Identifying areas of improvement in existing programs, implement and optimize / refactor the design
- Testing and evaluation of developed solutions as per business requirement
