Job Description:


  • Minimum 3 year of experience with Revenue Cloud (Salesforce Billing).
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, specifically Revenue Cloud data model and Service cloud.
  • Ability to configure Salesforce Billing features (e.g. Billing Rules, Tax Rules, Invoice Schedulers, Payment Schedulers, Payment Gateways, etc.)
  • Understanding of common product pricing methods and practices
  • Understanding of business processes in a billing department (e.g. accounting close, A/R, dunning & collections, etc.)
  • Experience with integrating ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Preferable certifications/accreditations:
  • Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge,
  • Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge,

  • 4+ years of development experience with Salesforce Sales/Service
