    Description
    Seeking a dynamic Power Platform Engineer to join our global Power Platform Team supporting Microsoft's Power Platform solutions and associated technologies including SharePoint and OneDrive.
    Your role will analyze business problems, develop strategies and solutions leveraging current and new technologies, followed by the implementation of the designed solution. In addition, your role will provide support and guidance for our internal users working collaboratively with them to develop, implement, and support their solutions.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the team, thereby help support the company's business strategy.
  • Ensure support is provided to the business according to the defined SLAs.
  • Work with business teams to gain strong understanding of key business objectives.
  • Help identify and automate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of the application operations.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 with a focus on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 development utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting in a SharePoint environment.
  • Experienced with:Office 365 Apps (SharePoint Online, Planner, Sway, Forms, OneDrive, etc.)SharePoint site automation including connectors and DLP capabilities.SharePoint social capabilitiesEnterprise SearchAzure Services and associated configurations
  • Knowledge of Power Platform CoE starter kit.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven experience creating, championing, and maintaining processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry or other similar, highly regulated environment.
  • Experience operating within an ITIL framework.
  • Ability to work in 24x5 shift support model and working outside of normal business hours to provide after hours or "On-Call" support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate

    • Shift Timings:

  • 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM IST. Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
