2+ years of sales experience

Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
More than 2 years of experience in sales.
Experience in an analytical, resultsoriented environment with external customer interaction.
Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutionsoriented.
Number driven and high on negotiation skills
Experience with ecommerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
Proven ability to manage the business "by the numbers". Must be metricsdriven.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in the local language.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment.
