2+ years of sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in an analytical, resultsoriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutionsoriented.
  • Number driven and high on negotiation skills
  • Experience with ecommerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage the business "by the numbers". Must be metricsdriven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in the local language.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment.
