Graduation (Any Computer science background is fine)

Year of Passouts: 2020/ 21 / 22


Location:
Hitech City, Hyderabad


Skills:

Excellent Communications both Written and Verbal in English and Hindi.

Flexible for Evening 5PM to 3 AM Shift

Needs to manage own Transportation as No Cab Facility provided by Client


Responsibilities:

Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Tech City locality are mostly Preferable due to no cab facility by Client.

₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
