International Voice Process - Inbound Sales (WFO).
Freshers with
Excellent communication also can apply.
Qualification : 10+2 or Diploma or Graduate.
Experience in international voice or freshers with excellent communication.
Having sales experience will be an added advantage
- You should have
Fluency in spoken English.
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
- The ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the perspective of the customer.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical & Interpersonal skills.
- The ability to be a selfstarter, a sense of urgency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
T&C
- Should be Flexible to work in Night shift
- Shift Timings PM to 5.00 AM / 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM
Cabs are not provided.
- Work from office Only.
