PIKA Medical is a medical equipment distributor of premier capital equipment in the healthcare space having our office in Bangalore


We are on the look out for an
Administration Executive (non IT - Back office Administration) who has sufficient knowledge and expertise to handle an SME (Small to Medium Enterprise)
who can join on an immediate basis.


This is an in-office job. Remote work option is not available for this job.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Quotes, manage existing customers database.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay uptodate with new products and features
  • To coordinate and to do arrangement for annual employee meet, sports events, tour and travelling plans and other events in the factory.
  • Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
  • We are looking for an admin executive who can perform all admin related duties such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activities
  • Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is a plus
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
