PIKA Medical is a medical equipment distributor of premier capital equipment in the healthcare space having our office in Bangalore
We are on the look out for an
Administration Executive (non IT - Back office Administration) who has sufficient knowledge and expertise to handle an SME (Small to Medium Enterprise)
who can join on an immediate basis.
This is an in-office job. Remote work option is not available for this job.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Quotes, manage existing customers database.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay uptodate with new products and features
- To coordinate and to do arrangement for annual employee meet, sports events, tour and travelling plans and other events in the factory.
- Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
- We are looking for an admin executive who can perform all admin related duties such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activities
- Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is a plus
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
