Mandatory Skills_:
Should have great communication skills.
Should have had customer handling skills.
Should be willing to work in shifts
Should be able to understand and work in the Agile model in development/enhancements
Should be good in Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Compensation / Oracle Learning Cloud. Combination of 1-2 modules in these is desired
Should have had technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Reports building and modification, Developing extracts, fast formulae, HDL loading
Should be a lead level person with 5-8 years in Fusion HCM exclusively
Pay:
From ₹5,000,000.00 per year
