Profile:
Merchandiser


Location:
Surat kadodara road, Saroli.


Experience:
Atleast 1 year.


Salary: 25k to 33k.

Talk to all customers daily [All merchendisers + store incharge]

  • Give update of running orders
  • Keep list of recent sampling in which orders are not yet received & Follow up.
  • After sending courier/goods, inform customer by mail & confirm by phone.

Confirm receipt of courier/goods on due date & inform concerned merchandiser / store if there are any issues in goods.


  • Talk to accounts person on due date and follow up for payment.
  • Send new qualities folders regularly.
Take follow up from grey dept & mill daily

  • Inform grey dept to dispatch grey as per order
  • Follow up on due date and confirm that grey dispatched to mill.
  • Follow up at mill for grey received and discuss dispatch commitment daily & escalate any matters that are getting late.
Make cards & log them in sheet for new orders.

Update management if any deviation.

Salary:
₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Saroli, Surat , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
