SentientGeeks is looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in our Kolkata office.

Experience : 0-3 years (Freshers with course certification or internship experience are also eligible).

Applicants should be from West Bengal or nearby states like Odisha/Bihar/Jharkhand.

Note :
For freshers, it will be a 6 months of internship with permanent employment offer post internship based on his/her performance.

Desired skills:

Should know how to use Google tools (GA4 analytics, Google ads, Search console & others).
Knowledge on Onpage & Offpage SEO (Keyword research, content optimization with keywords and backlink generation).
Know how to deal with technical SEO part.
Know how to perform site audit.
Understanding on how to create campaigns on Google ads & Facebook ad manager.
Know how to create social media calendar and it's reports.
Planning, implementing & creating a brand strategy for the client.

Job roles & responsibilities:

Develop & execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic & customer acquisition.
Plan, implement & optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic rankings & drive targeted traffic to the website.
Manage & optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management & performance tracking.
Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand presence, engagement, and audience growth.
Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics & generate reports on campaign performance & ROI.
Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends, tools & best practices & provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify & evaluate new digital marketing opportunities & channels to expand brand reach & drive business growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, development & sales, to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Social Book marking, Submission of Directories, Blogs, Articles, Forums.
Implement link building campaigns in coordination with company's SEO goals.
Prepare MIS reports for digital marketing team performance as required.
