Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.

  • Monitor and process financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Track actual expenses against budgeted amounts and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking and identify trends or areas requiring attention.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights on profitability, liquidity, solvency, and other financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax laws and GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.
  • Utilize financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest financial tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters, including invoicing, payments, and resolving financial queries.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary:
Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CA / CA Inter: 1 year (required)
  • Advance excel: 2 years (preferred)
