Description

SALES SUPPORT
-
Revenue Planning: Work closely with the Head of Sales to formulate annual sales budget, break them

city wise / region wise / staff wise and create reports for effective monitoring of target versus actual

performance of the sales team. Assigning annual PLIs to the agents based on past performance and

network expansion of the assigned airline. Support implementation of agreed sales initiatives and

ensuring that market share and yield is increased through strong market interface.

Uploads: Ensure timely uploads to the travel agent with minimum error. Effective control on bad

debts and defaulters. Followup of all escalations for delayed / unrealized payments from the travel

agents. Monitoring deposit trends and forward thinking for all prospective channels of payment.

Trade Relationships: Maintain and cultivate relationships with key travel agents / corporate customers

to promote the product and enhance revenues. Resolve escalations from trade partners related to

accounting of incentives and other payout.

Compliance: Ensure compliance of all policies laid down for effective business operations related to

uploads/rebated travel issuance/TDS/Service Tax

Market Deals and policies: Formulate deal sheets and market updates on prevalent payouts as

authorized by the principle airlines


MIS
-
Market Intelligence: Regular market updates to make correction in the sales planning to increase

effectiveness. Assist the Head of Sales in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for all segments

of revenue.

System & Process Enhancement: Keep abreast with new techniques of
MIS collection and report

generation and bring in automation to reduce human dependency.

Data Analysis: Analyze the data being projected and thereby help in aligning sales strategies to meet

the assigned revenue targets


GENERAL
-
Staff Management: Provide leadership to build an effective team of professional, motivated and

engaged employees.

  • An organized individual, should be articulate and able to produce sound and logical written reports.
Should be computer literate and also have good command of the English language.

  • Dynamic leader who can motivate the team toward achieving both personal aspirations and
professional goals. Customer orientation, strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills

would be necessary for this position. Should have the ability to manage teams and the drive to

achieve results.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any stream with 02 years of experience.
