Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Shree Ram Motors.
As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitor and analyze financial data, producing reports and statements as needed
- Implement and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper recording and reporting of financial information
- Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, assisting in the development of financial goals and objectives
- Support the yearend audit process and liaise with external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Tally Prime)
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
